GreenTech published its conference highlights on 4 March 2025 for the fifth Americas exhibition, scheduled for 25–27 March in Querétaro, Mexico. The programme included a hydroponic leafy-greens workshop involving cultivation, packaging, automation and seed specialists.
Other sessions examined labour efficiency and production costs, the impact of climate change on protected agriculture, and more efficient use of irrigation water and fertilisers. A dedicated discussion also considered people management, reflecting the role of workforce organisation alongside hardware. Organised by RAI Amsterdam and Informa Markets, the event aimed to exchange experience among growers, breeders and suppliers across the Americas. This historical programme is a useful example of an exhibition linking automation choices to the practical and commercial conditions of greenhouse production.
