Priva and Blue Radix announced a stronger collaboration on 21 January 2025. The agreement combines product integration with joint commercial activity, building on work between the companies that began in 2021.
Priva supplies greenhouse process computers and connected services, while Blue Radix’s Crop Controller applies algorithms to climate and irrigation decisions. In the announcement, Blue Radix reported operation in around 100 greenhouses across 17 countries. Both companies said they would continue working independently with other partners. The development reflects increasing attention to integrating autonomous software with the equipment growers already use, rather than introducing a separate control stack.
