UK-based Autonomous Agri Solutions announced on 27 August that it had acquired key hardware, machinery, spare parts, production materials and technical assets associated with ROBOTTI. In the accompanying video, the company said completed machines were available, new orders were being accepted and preparations for future production were under way. These are company statements, rather than independently verified delivery commitments.

ROBOTTI is an autonomous implement carrier developed in Denmark by Agrointelli. The announcement describes applications including seeding, weeding and spraying with familiar farm implements.

The development follows Agrointelli’s bankruptcy earlier in 2026. Subsequent reporting by Future Farming distinguished the AAS asset purchase from an earlier sale of intellectual property and software, and noted that access to those rights remained unclear. Existing customers should therefore distinguish the announced service and hardware pathway from confirmed long-term software arrangements.
