AGCO announced that its PTx Trimble OutRun tillage solution received a Davidson Prize at Commodity Classic in San Antonio on 26 February 2026. The award, presented through ASABE and AEM, followed recognition of the platform’s grain-cart application the previous year.
OutRun’s tillage kit is designed to provide autonomous operation on supported existing tractors, with fieldwork planned and supervised remotely. AGCO positioned the development within its longer-term autonomy programme. The award recognises an engineering innovation; it does not mean that every tractor, implement, field condition or territory is supported by the retrofit system.
