AgXeed announced on 30 May 2025 that its AgBot T2 5 SERIES, paired with a Kverneland five-furrow reversible plough, had completed 51.8 acres during a 24-hour run at Birch Farm in North Yorkshire. The manufacturer described the result as a world record and said James Whitty of the Society of Ploughmen verified it.
The reported operation maintained a 23-centimetre working depth and needed one refuelling stop. Field boundaries and working patterns were mapped in advance, while the machine handled lifting, reversing and turning the implement under remote monitoring. The run demonstrates a specific tractor–implement workflow over an extended period. It does not by itself establish season-long availability, performance across different soils or the full labor requirement for setup, servicing and supervision.
