In its 29 May 2024 review, Agritechnica Asia reported strong growth at the fourth edition of the Bangkok exhibition. The organisers counted 353 exhibiting companies from 28 countries and 12,129 attendees, with nearly half of attendees travelling from outside Thailand. These are organiser-reported event figures.

The conference programme included 118 international speakers and more than 40 professional partner organisations, addressing subjects including smart farming and carbon credits. The release also announced a move to annual editions alternating between Thailand and Vietnam. For agricultural technology developers, the event documented the importance of a regional forum where machinery suppliers could meet purchasing delegations and farming professionals with different crop systems. It also illustrated that introducing technology across Southeast Asia requires connections beyond a single national market.
