Ph.D Molecular biotechnology Plant pathology Agriculture
Bio:
I have recently completed my PhD studies on molecular biotechnology field in agriculture major from UPM Malaysia. The main subject of my project was studying on the identification and characterisation of new gene know as non- ribosomal peptide synthesis ( NRPS) in Ganoderma boninense fungus. For this achievement I have learnt how to predict genes by using bioinformatic software such as antiSMASH SeMPIand etc. In addition that working in the glasshouse caused to make some valuable experiences regarding the artificial inoculation and handle of unpredictable infection. Moreover during these years I learnt how to concentrate on my target and also to manage my time to get the result. The other skills that I could learn including Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR) Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (qPCR) Primer designs Bioedit MEGA X and real time qPCR data analysis with Rest and Graphpad prism softwares . Likewise I have experienced on prediction of 3-D structure of protein by using some online related software such as Phyre server Swiss-model to detection of secondary metabolites by using LC-MSMS GC- MS and HPLC.
