Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy applies to participation in the International Workshop Tour 2027.

Application Review

Submission of an application does not guarantee participation. Final participation depends on selection, capacity, and payment verification.

Participant Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.
Refund eligibility depends on the date of cancellation and costs already committed by the organizers.
Bank transfer fees, administrative costs, visa-related expenses, and non-refundable third-party charges may be deducted.

Organizer Cancellation

The organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel parts of the program due to safety, host availability, minimum participant numbers, force majeure, travel restrictions, or operational constraints.

Substitution

Participant substitution may be possible with prior approval from the organizers and subject to administrative feasibility.
